Saturday night while Lorain police officers were working, an officer involved motor vehicle accident a gray Ford F150 attempted to drive through the barricade that was set at Elyria Avenue and 21st St. The driver Matthew Swan, of North Ridgeville was arrested. He was charged with OVI, misconduct at an emergency, and obstructing official business. He has a court date set for September 2nd.
