LORAIN COUNTY — The Lorain County Commissioners announced March 25 that the county’s newly refreshed website is now live, offering a redesigned layout and updated features aimed at improving how residents access information and services.
According to the release, the update was completed as part of the county’s ongoing partnership with CivicPlus. Officials stated the website is typically refreshed every two to three years to keep it current, user-friendly, and accessible. The latest update was completed under the county’s existing agreement, with no additional cost to taxpayers.
The redesigned site focuses on a cleaner layout and improved navigation. County officials say the changes are intended to help residents more quickly find information, access services, locate resources, and navigate different departments.
“The goal of this update is simple: make it easier for our residents to find what they need and interact with county government,” Commissioner David J. Moore said in the release. He added that the updated site is designed to improve accessibility and provide clearer, more convenient access to county services.
The county says the refreshed website includes a more modern design, enhanced organization of information, and improved navigation tools.
Officials are encouraging residents, businesses, and visitors to explore the updated site, which is now available at loraincountyohio.gov.
It is not known at this time if any additional features or services beyond design and navigation improvements were added as part of the update.
