The Lorain County Sheriff’s Office has bolstered its ranks with the addition of newly graduated correctional officers from the Richland County Corrections Academy. A recent ceremony marked the successful completion of their rigorous training, preparing them for the vital role of ensuring safety and security within the county’s correctional facilities.
Major James Gordon and SGT Irish were present at the graduation to celebrate the officers’ transition into their professional careers.
Sheriff Jack M. Hall, in a statement posted on the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office’s social media, conveyed his congratulations despite being unable to attend the event. “I want to extend my congratulations to our correctional officers who have graduated from the Richland County Corrections Academy,” Sheriff Hall stated. “Your dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed. This achievement is well deserved. Unfortunately, due to yesterday’s incident, I was unable to attend the ceremony, but please know that I am incredibly proud of each of you. Keep up the great work, and thank you for your continued dedication to the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office.”
