LORAIN, OH — Lorain police responded Tuesday evening to a report of a man allegedly exposing himself to children near Spectrum School at 300 Broadway.
According to dispatch traffic, the suspect was described as a Black male wearing a black hat and Crocs. A school staff member remained near the individual until officers arrived.
Initially identified as “Terrence Williams,” the man was later confirmed to be Terrance C. Arnold, 31, of Lorain. Police discovered Arnold had an active warrant, and he was taken into custody and transported to the Lorain County Jail. Jail records show he was booked on a $5,000 cash/surety bond for a theft-related charge tied to the warrant.
Following confirmation of his identity, Arnold was also formally trespassed from Spectrum School property at the request of school administrative safety officer John Henson.
Arnold has a history of prior arrests in Lorain, including multiple theft charges and a contempt of court incident. As of Wednesday morning, no additional charges related to the alleged exposure have been filed. The investigation remains ongoing.
