ELYRIA — An Elyria woman was arrested on August 24, 2025, after police say she violated an active protection order during an ongoing dispute involving another Furnace Street resident.
According to the Elyria Police Department report, officers responded after the complainant, who has an active protection order against Angel Stirling, 33, reported a possible violation. The complainant told officers there have been ongoing issues between the two residents and said she had installed a surveillance camera to monitor her property.
Police reviewed the footage, which they say shows Stirling in the driveway area, lowering her pants, bending over and exposing her buttocks to the camera, before lifting her shirt and exposing her breasts. Investigators determined this behavior violated the terms of the protection order issued earlier this year through Elyria Municipal Court.
Stirling was arrested without incident and transported to the Lorain County Jail, where she is being held on no bond pending her initial court appearance.
The case remains under investigation
