A man from Cleveland was shot outside a Lorain bar and later died. Police are still looking for answers, and the community is asking why no one has been arrested.
On March 29th, 2025, just after 4 a.m., Lorain police were called to a crash at Broadway Avenue and West 6th Street. Inside the car, they found 31-year-old William Cummings. He was unconscious but still breathing. At first, it looked like a crash. Then officers saw bullet holes in the car.
William had been shot. He was rushed to Mercy Health Lorain Hospital. A few days later, he died from his injuries.
