TITANS DOMINATE AT REGIONALS — LORAIN ESPORTS ADVANCES TO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

The Titans are headed back to States—and they’re doing it in dominant fashion.

The Lorain High School Esports team crushed the competition at the Esports Ohio Regional LAN Tournament, hosted by Baldwin Wallace University, solidifying their place among the best in the state.

Competing in Valorant, a fast-paced tactical shooter, the Titans entered the tournament as the #1 seed. Their top ranking earned them a first-round bye—and they didn’t let up from there.

In the semifinal matchup against Brecksville-Broadview Heights, Lorain came out strong with a 13–6 victory on Map 1, followed by a flawless 13–0 shutout in Map 2—an extremely rare and impressive achievement in competitive esports.

Advancing to the finals, the Titans faced off against New Tech West and once again delivered a dominant performance. With scores of 13–5 and 13–7, Lorain sealed the series and claimed the regional title.

With this commanding tournament run, the Titans have secured their return to the Esports Ohio State Championship at the end of April. Their journey reflects not only top-tier gameplay, but also the power of teamwork, focus, and dedication to their craft.

The community is proud to support these talented players as they represent Lorain on the state stage. Good luck at States—go Titans!
