Elyria police arrested two people with multiple active warrants Sunday night at the Shell gas station located at 905 Lorain Boulevard.
At approximately 9:30 p.m., officers approached a red Cadillac SUV at the station that was not observed fueling.
The driver, identified as 27-year-old Zackary Silsby, had multiple warrants. These included two counts of Contempt of Court from Elyria Municipal Court, one count of Contempt of Court from the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office, Failure to Reinstate Driver’s License, and Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The passenger, identified as 27-year-old Kassandra Everett, had multiple warrants out of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office. These included three counts of Drug Trafficking, one count of Tampering with Evidence, and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Both were arrested and transported to the Lorain County Jail. They are being held with no bond pending court appearances.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
