The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help in locating Billy Teter, a 47-year-old man wanted on serious charges including rape and gross sexual imposition.
Teter is described as a white male, approximately 5’9″ tall and weighing 175 pounds. He is known to frequent Lorain County and Cuyahoga County, and authorities believe he may still be in the area.
The U.S. Marshals Service is urging anyone with information about Teter’s whereabouts to contact them. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling 1-866-4WANTED or visiting usmarshals.gov/district/oh-n.
