Victim Named in Tower Boulevard Homicide—What We Know So Far

A 21-year-old man has been identified as the victim in a deadly shooting that took place Friday evening on Tower Boulevard in Lorain, Ohio.

On April 11, around 5:20 p.m., Lorain Police were called to the 1800 block of Tower Blvd. after reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The area was quickly blocked off with crime scene tape as detectives began their investigation. Officers could be seen gathering evidence and canvassing the neighborhood for information.

According to a report from The Chronicle-Telegram (link to article), the Lorain County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Larry Moore, a 21-year-old resident of Lorain. His official cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds.

At this time, no arrests have been made. A man was detained but has not yet been charged. Authorities have not named any suspects. The investigation remains active as police work to determine what led to the shooting.

The Lorain Police Department has asked anyone with information about the incident to come forward. Tips can be submitted anonymously.
